This project began with site plan development and permit drawings for a beautiful stone house overlooking the 12th green. The home was positioned for optimum views of the golf course and the dramatic wooded ridgeline in the distance. The drive approaching the home is cut into the slope and a carefully placed Princeton American Elm frames the frontage as one rounds the curve. The strong architectural forms of the home are brought into the garden as is evident at the motor court area. A formal entry courtyard greets guest and features a Japanese Maple salvaged from the demolition phase.
A dramatic swimming pool environment features an elevated spa with commanding views and diving platforms for the brave. The views are of a country estate but in reality you’re only minutes away from the conveniences of the day.
Our gardens are designed to take advantage of borrowed views, provide functional and beautiful spaces and compliment the architectural style of the home. We integrate home to site and we’re proud of this one.
