Lane Middleton Arnold

Lane-Arnold-Garden-Architects-IncLane was born and raised in the historic, coastal city of Savannah, Georgia where she was surrounded by lush southern landscapes, fine public and private gardens, expansive coastal environments and historic architecture. Her grandmother, Margaret Pinckney, was a masterful gardener and introduced Lane to the wonders of nature and a passion for gardening.

Lane graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in 1985. While attending UGA Lane and Greg met and discovered an instant connection as a result of their love of gardens and a true appreciation for the natural environment. They moved to Atlanta in 1985 where they began work on their respective careers and raising a family of three boys.

Currently, Lane is a Co-Owner of Garden Architects, Inc. where she manages daily operations, marketing and client relationships. She utilizes her business management skills, landscape design experience and plant knowledge to assist with various stages of project development and implementation. Lane applies her creative talents to compliment the style, detail, and ‘finishing touches’ for our gardens. Examples include garden furniture, furnishings, bountiful pots and containers, fountains, art, and birdhouses.
